RULES & REGULATIONS:

Exhibitors must be approved by the event organizer (Sarah Anson of Made in Delirium/Delirium Events or Destiny Sanders of Boudoir by Chaos) via an application process that will include samples of the items that are to be sold during the event or a description of the services that will be provided by the vendor.

Exhibitors will be limited to businesses or individuals who sell merchandise or provide services that are within the realms of the event theme (alternative bridal vendors).

UNACCEPTED ITEMS:

MULTI-LEVEL MARKETING OR DIRECT SALES

All merchandise displayed in the booth must be comparable to those shown in images. Ineligible work will be removed from the festival at the discretion of the event organizers. Vendors must be able to man their booth for the entire show or plan accordingly.

Space assignments will be made by the event coordinators. No vendor may move their space assignment without prior approval. The Delirium Events team reserves the right to make booth assignment changes as it deems necessary. Specific location and other special requests will be assigned on a first-come/first-serve basis, determined by the date we receive your full exhibitor fee. Exhibitors are responsible for their own setup, display, and clean up.

This event will continue rain or shine and will not be canceled unless the weather becomes dangerous.

In the event that a vendor voluntarily cancels their participation in the event, there is a $100 cancellation fee; in the case that the cancellation takes place within forty-five (45) days of the event, vendors are responsible for the entire booth fee. Vendors who do not give notice to their absence the day of the event may not be welcomed back at future events.

Sales tax reporting is the responsibility of each individual business/artist regardless of whether or not they have a Oklahoma sales tax permits.

By applying to this event, you understand and agree to the terms and policies set by the Delirium Events Team and the Clare Michael. We reserve the right to remove any person or merchandise from our event if they do not comply with the standards any policies that have been set.

Vendors agree that images and business information submitted through the application may be used by the event team for promotional purposes before, during and/or after the market is over. Artists should use the copyright or other symbols to protect the images of their artwork.
