RULES & REGULATIONS:

Exhibitors must be approved by the event organizer (Sarah Anson or Xhels Hall of Made in Delirium/Delirium Events) via an application process that will include samples of the items that are to be sold during the event or a description of the services that will be provided by the vendor.

Exhibitors will be limited to businesses or individuals located within the State of Oklahoma who sell handcrafted goods that are within the realms of the event theme (queer, alternative styles, neurodivergence, etc) or other art deemed acceptable for the event by the event coordinators.

UNACCEPTED ITEMS:

MULTI-LEVEL MARKETING OR DIRECT SALES
FOOD OR ALCOHOL

All merchandise displayed in the booth must be comparable to those shown in images. Ineligible work will be removed from the festival at the discretion of the event organizers. Vendors must be able to man their booth all day at the market or plan accordingly.

Space assignments will be made by the event coordinators. No artist may move their space assignment without prior approval. The Delirium Events team reserves the right to make booth assignment changes as it deems necessary.

Electricity is limited during this event depending on your booth placement, so please plan accordingly. Specific location and other special requests will be assigned on a first-come/first-serve basis, determined by the date we receive your full exhibitor fee. Exhibitors are responsible for their own setup, display, and clean up.

This event will continue rain or shine and will not be canceled unless the weather becomes dangerous.

In the event that a vendor voluntarily cancels their participation in the event, they will be refunded any fees that they have paid to the event organizer unless the cancellation takes place within sixty (60) days of the event. Vendors who do not give notice to their absence the day of the event may not be welcomed back at future events.

Sales tax reporting is the responsibility of each individual business/artist regardless of whether or not they have a Oklahoma sales tax permits.

By applying to this event, you understand and agree to the terms and policies set by the Delirium Events Team and the Glenpool Conference Center. We reserve the right to remove any person or merchandise from our event if they do not comply with the standards any policies that have been set.

Vendors agree that images and business information submitted through the application may be used by the festival for promotional purposes before, during and/or after the market is over. Artists should use the copyright or other symbols to protect the images of their artwork.

Booth spaces are expected to fill the entire space to prevent walk space between booths.
Electricity is based on need and then on order of application. We will attempt to place everyone that needs access to outlets near them, however we cannot guarantee placement.
